  7. The CORE IAS (Intelligent Array Subsystem) is a fault tolerant, raid-based disk
  8. array which ranges in capacity from 1.3 GB to 5.2 GB. The IAS high availability
  9. features include Hot Plug disk drives, controllers, and power supplies. The
  10. redundant drives, controllers, and power supplies allow customers to work
  11. through component failures. The Hot Plug feature allows network operations to
  12. continue while the failed component is replaced. The CORE IAS includes a 386
  13. processor, 8 MB cache RAM, and is viewed as a single SCSI device. The IAS does
  14. not require SW Drivers and is compatible with DOS, Novell, OS/2, SCO UNIX,
  15. Banyam, and LAN server.
